Our AI reads the open ticket to the service desk, understand the problem described in the ticket, and then displays the solutions recommended by the AI model to solve the problem of the open ticket.
In order to get ticket solutions, our generative AI need some ticket information: Ticket ID, Company Name, problem Category and Sub-Category, ticket title, and problem description.
The AI assistant give as output four generated solutions displayed from most likely to least likely. We can adapte our AI to give more solutions according to your use case.
GuLF-AI can update the AI-System solution to correspond to your use case and data.

You can also integrate the solution in your system in order to help users, technician peoples, and others to resolve their problems.
